Chamber honors Goochland volunteers

The Goochland Chamber of Commerce honored 15 county volunteers from a variety of organizations last week with a luncheon and program at Hermitage Country Club.
After the luncheon the volunteers posed for a group photo.
In the front row, from left, are: Elizabeth Alford from Goochland County Schools, Grace Croonenberghs of Goochland Farmers Market, Betsy Q. Forbes from Senior Connections, Adeeb Hamzey of Goochland Rotary, Georgetta Griffin of F.L.A.G. and Kit Davison from the Goochland Woman’s Club.
In the back row are: Roderick Brown from Goochland Fire and Rescue, Shirley Netherland from American Legion Post 215, Shirley S. Christian from the Christmas Mother program, Carol Gill from the Goochland Extension Agency, Mercedes Norris from Goochland Free Clinic and Family Services, Poulson Reed from Field Day of the Past, M. Denise Doetzer from the Center for Rural Culture and Fred Sorrell from the Goochland Historical Society.
Ann Casey from Goochland CASA was unable to attend the luncheon and is not pictured.
