Oblivious to local taxes?

I agree with Eileen Ford, enough is enough.  

Most Goochland residents seem oblivious to local taxes and spending because we are wealthy enough to just pay the bill when it comes in the mail.

But perhaps I may send my next Goochland tax bill to Eileen Ford.
