Wanda Blair Paxton Neal passed away Sunday, December 24, 2006. Wanda was born in Danville, Va. on December 22, 1953. She is survived by her husband of 34 years, Bill Neal; her daughter, Emily Neal; her mother, Patti D. Walton; and her sister, Wyona P. Witcher. She was preceded in death by her father, William J. Paxton. Wanda served as President of the Goochland Board of Zoning Appeals and was Past President of the Goochland County Chamber of Commerce. She was President of Short Pump Food Stores and Wooden NIckel Antiques. Visitation will be held at Norman’s Funeral Home in Goochland on December 26 from 6 to 8 p.m. Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. on December 27 at Greenwood Memorial Gardens.
