Eunice H. Martin entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, May 1, 2007 at the Community Hospice of Washington. She was born on July 4, 1926 in Crozier, Va. in Goochland County . In 1949, she married Thomas R. Martin Sr. who preceded her in death in 1988. She leaves to cherish her memory one son, Thomas R. Martin Jr. (Cheryl); three grandsons, Samuel Moultree, James Brown and Thomas R. Martin III; two sisters, Robert H. Smith of Richmond, Va., Carrie H. Hopkins of Silver Spring, Md.; one brother, Robert H. Howell Jr. (Janie) of Cleveland, Ohio; two sisters-in-law, Juanita Martin of Silver Spring, Md., Helen Whiting (Warren) of Charlottesville, Va.; one brother-in-law, Richard Martin (Pearl) of Portsmouth, Va.; many nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, May 9, from 10 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m., at Gethsemane Baptist Church, 5119 4th St., N.W. Interment Harmony Memorial Park, Landover, Md.
