John Edward Heinrich, 34, is wanted by the Goochland Sheriff’s Office for the beating of his elderly mother. 

The assault took place early Wednesday morning at the Goochland home of Heinrich’s mother. 

Henrich’s 73-year-old mother received serious injuries about the head and was transported by Goochland Fire and Rescue to VCU Medical Center.

The Goochland Sheriff’s Office has obtained a felony warrant for Heinrich for Assault with the Intent to Maim, Disfigure or Kill.

Heinrich’s last known address was in Manakin Sabot.
