I wish the youth who attended the party he was at would step up and talk with the police about what they saw-it’s sad that this was possibly murder and no one is helping bring these culprits to justice!! Senseless-

Maybe the person that hit him thought it was a deer.  Please if you were traveling on Broad Street at that time of night, please remember if you thought you hit something.  Whoever did it, will be caught somehow so it is better to come forward now.  Just think how his parents are hurting and grieving.  Bless this family and the person that did it.

I WAS SADDENED BY THE NEWS OF THE TEENAGER IN GOOCHLAND;  I BELIEVE THE INDIVIDUAL SHOULD COME FORWARD.  IM SURE THIS INCIDENT WAS PROBABLY ACCIDENTAL AND THEY ARE AFRAID TO SPEAK ON THIS;  BUT PLEASE TURN YOURSELF IN.  IT WOULD BE A LOAD OFF YOUR SHOULDERS AND CONSCIOUS.  PLEASE DO THE RIGHT THING, NO ONE IS PERFECT.  MAY GOD BE WITH U AND THE MAXWELL FAMILY.  I AM DEEPLY SORRY FOR THE DRIVER, THE VICTIM, AND THE FAMILY.

My heart and prayers go out the Maxwell family and friends.  This is a senseless act and the person or people that are responsible for this need to come forward so the family has closure.

How could anyone live with their self if they did this to anyone?

May God be with Billy’s family and give them strength to face each day during this most tragic time.
