Carolyn Tyson-Harsh of Powhatan and Franklin Douglas Tyson of Cumberland announce the engagement of their daughter Amber Nicole Tyson to Jason Scott Grubbs of Sandy Hook Virginia, son of Jerald and Brenda Grubbs.

A September 2010 wedding is planned.
