Patricia and Norm Smallwood of Provo, Utah and Scott Quai and Frankie Ford of Park City, Utah are pleased to announce the marriage of their daughter Ashley Anne Quai to Reed Cameron Amos, son of John and Judy Amos of Goochland.

The groom received his bachelors degree from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah and his Juris Doctorate from The Catholic University of America in Washington, D. C.  He recently joined the law firm of Amos & Amos in Goochland, as a partner, after having practiced law in Los Angeles, Calif. for years.

The bride has been attending Provo College in the school of nursing.  She has had her cosmology license since 2002 and is a make-up artist.

The couple was married at 5 p.m. on May 8, 2010 in Salt Lake City, Utah with a reception following at La Caille, a 17th century style French chateau.  The father of the groom, John R. Amos was the best man and Ashley’s sister Britney Quai was the maid of honor.  The couple honeymooned in Ireland.  On May 23rd, a second reception was held for family and friends at Clover Forest Plantation in Goochland, Virginia. 

The couple will reside in Goochland where Reed will practice law.
